What we collect
When you register for a project, join The Register or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number and what best describes you as a buyer. Our website also uses standard analytics tools (including the Meta Pixel) that collect device and usage information through cookies.
Why we collect it
To do exactly what you asked: deliver project materials (floor plans, pricing, deposit structures), send you The Register and launch updates, respond when you reach out and — if you become a client — provide real estate trading services. We also use analytics to understand how the site is used and to show relevant advertising on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Consent
We only send commercial email or text messages with your express consent, given when you check the consent box on our forms — in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and one click (or one reply saying “unsubscribe”) removes you — no questions, no delay.
Who we share it with
Nobody, for money — we never sell or rent your information. Your details live in the service providers that run our operations: our email and CRM platform (Brevo), our website hosting (Vercel) and our advertising platforms (Meta), each under their own privacy safeguards. If you proceed with a purchase, your information is shared as needed to complete the transaction — with the brokerage, the builder and your lawyer — and as required by law, including FINTRAC identification requirements for real estate transactions.
How long we keep it
As long as you want to hear from us, and as long as the law requires us to keep transaction records. Unsubscribe and we stop emailing; ask us to delete your information entirely and we will, except where retention is legally required.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask what we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it. Email sales@preconcollection.ca and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement, including the Meta Pixel, which helps us understand which projects interest visitors and show relevant ads on Meta platforms. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings and through Meta’s ad preferences.
